Hi again,
I tried to login to my site after this action and first I got an error saying the site is redirecting incorrectly.

After a while I got this message, what does it mean?

Exception - Failed to write cache file "[localcachedir]/mustache/1553105875/joomdlebs/__Mustache_06dda8439980a4ca882490aca1b52630.php".

Everything works fine, I still get the error messages in System health check.
For reference, we had to whitelist the ip-adress in the firewall.

If you get errors in system check, Joomdle is not working fine: if yu get empty reponse from Moodle,I guess you won't see course listings or anything...


As I told you before: there seems to be a general problem connectin from Joomla to Moodle, as all checks fail. Try disabling firewall and test.

Now it's all green checkmarks! We closed the firewall and turned it back on again and all of a sudden everything works! Thanks a lot for your help!
