SSO not working on moodle site

SSO is not working on moodle site
1. I am using joomdle plugin,if create user on joomla site inserted into both database.login into joomla site but not login into moodle site it gives error message Invalid username please try again. In joomla admin site it shows user as (joomla user,moodle user,Joomdle user). System check is also correct.
2.If user create on moodle site it works properly login into both sites joomla as well as moodle.

If you check Joomdle users for that user, does it have also the 3 checks?

There should be no difference between creating the user in Joomla or Moodle: auth is always done against Joomla anyway, even when you log in from Moodle directly.
