Payed courses not in Joomdle Course Requests

I am using

Joomla 2.5.7
Hikashop 1.6.0
cciDEAL Platform 2.7.3 with Hikashop plugin.
Joomdle 0.8
Moodle 2.3.2

After I created an course the joomdle sees this and i can activate this in hikashop. When i place there the necesery items like price etc and move this course to a catagory.
(this was also before the move to the catagory)

When i buy this product and pay with iDEAL (Dutch bank transfer method) with the status "confirmed", everything goes well and succesfull but the buyed product is not visible in "Course Requests" and therefore also not enroled into moodle.
(The hikashop plugin is enabled)

I have followed all the instructions but cant find the solution to this.
Why are the buy'ed products not visible there or enroled to moodle

please help!

Course requests have nothing to do with this, you should check "my courses" page.

That said, it seems that is also not working (user not enroled into course). This can be cause by many things: incorrect category settings, missing hikashop joomdle plugin, ...
