Auto Enrollment not working

paypal sandbox payment method

-manual and joomdle enrollment enabled in moodle.
- joomdlevm2 plgin installed
-Joomdlehooks User Plugin enabled

Courses confirmed, purchased, transaction successful and return to shop with "Thanks for your order"

- The Virtuemart order status is confirmed after Payal (sandbox) order completed.

- The order confirmaton emails are being sent.


- After the Virtuemart Purchase, the Joomdle User is listed as:
Joomla Account
Moodle Account
Joomdle User

- The new virtuemart user is logged in to Joomla Front-end after the order is confirmed.

However, the user is not enrolled in the course. We also cannot see the course listed through the Joomdle "My Courses" menu item in Joomla front-end.

You are probably not seeing the course in the my courses because you are not enrolled or not logged in.

A few simple questions because you don't state them above:
- Are you sure your user is logged into Moodle? You indicate they are logged into joomla but what about moodle?
- Have you set all the enrollment options in Moodle? Probably but just a worthwhile check.
- Have you added all the Moodle (Joomdle functions) to the Joomdle user? There are quite a few, it would not be difficult to miss out on one or two by mistake.

- Sure user is logging in, free courses are enrolling.
- I set manual and joomdle enrollment only.
- i added all the functions to user.

- I checked the joomdle_purchased_courses table, its empty.

- plgVmCouponUpdateOrderStatus not triggred,

It displays.

How do you know plgVmCouponUpdateOrderStatus is not triggered?

That is what makes the enrolment, so it needs to be triggered for it to work.

database table is only used for courses for children.
