Works but Health Check shows 404 error in Joomla web service

I have Joomdle 8.2, Moodle 2.3.1 and Joomla 2.5.6. The health check for Joomdle Web Services states "An unexpected error happened: 404: Unknown error"

I've gone through all the documentation and checked everything but I still cannot figure out what's wrong. It still seems to work but it obviously isn't happy about it. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Normally 404 is related to a webpage not being found. However, I have seen a few cases in these forums where:
- there were folder permission problems on the server;
- there was a problem creating the joomdle webservice and not all services were added properly www.joomdle.com/en/forum/r08-support/892...tall-can-anyone-help
- installation of joomdle in moodle was done in the wrong directories.

There have been other instances of such an error listed in the forum so it would be best to perform a search and try some of what has been suggested for others.
