Moodle Payment Error was created by Erika
Hi folks,
I just noticed that I'm now having problems with payments from Virtuemart. Currently I am running tests with "Cash On Delivery" instead of a credit card processor and it worked fine previously (for weeks) and now I don't know what happened. When I submit the order I do get a confirmation email and a thank you page, but when I enter Moodle and view the course that I'm enrolled in I get prompted for credit card information. Why doesn't it pick up that the payment has already been made through Virtuemart?
Attached is the screenshot.

What happens when you switch back to credit card through VM?
What are your payment methods configured inside Moodle?
Do you have manual payments set up inside Moodle?
What payment methods have you configured your course for? Again inside moodle?
In general, once you have the payment working from Joomla (VM) through to Moodle, no matter what payment method you choose in VM you should not need to change the configuration in Moodle. Most likely if Moodle is asking you for credit details than you have told Moodle (or the Moodle course) to use that form of payment.

Hi Chris,
Same thing happens when I switch back to credit card through VM. My payment method in Moodle and for courses is just the Joomdle Enrol option. That should just use whatever VM uses as the payment method, right? I have it now so that when I use the "COD" option it just gives me an error that I haven't paid for the course. That's the error message that I set in the Joomdle Enrol plugin settings.
No idea what's going on.
