Different theme for joomdle wrapper?

Is there a way to load a different theme for the joomdle wrapper in joomla than the one that loads if you hit moodle directly?

Or maybe I should just use the url/theme trick when loading moodle if I want it to look nicer? (that thought just came to me as I was typing this).

I am using a stripped down theme inside joomla, but it's not as usable if an admin goes into moodle itself.

Aha! I found my own answer. If you turn on the Course theme function and force the course theme to be the stripped down theme, you can use the moodle admin functions in a nice, clean theme, but the course pages show up in the wrapper using the stripped down theme. Sweeet.
