404 Error on System Check (Installation) was created by jennifer
Hello, I am new to Moodle and Joomdle. I have tried doing the installation and there is just one thing keeping me from succeding.
The system check is all good except the last option which is An error has occured. 404 Unexpected Error.
I have tried using the www or not, Both sites are on subdomains under the same domain. so one is www.salon.xxx.com and the other is www.instituto.xxx.com
Both the sites are in Spanish and there is a language setting that needs to be set, but I am not sure that is the problem. I think I have followed the intructions to the tee. Once, twiece and three times and the second and third I believe I have followed the steps correclty.
Please help, I am stuck.
Jenny

Check you are using
subdomain.domain.com
in Joomla and moodle settings. http:// is important to connect both scripts.
Also verify the Joomla URL is the same you have in the moodle configuration file.

I got the same error yesterday and after verify several times the installation, the problem was in the moodle user that was not assigned to the webservice.
Sometimes the most obvious steps are missed and are the more difficult to find. Verify the moodle steps (use the Plugins > Web Service section) and probably you will find the error.
