Accounts Won't Auto Create

Accounts Won't Auto Create was created by Erika
I've set up an installation of Joomdle on my test server for a client. I have everything working perfectly accept for the fact that when a user is created in Joomla, it doesn't appear in Moodle unless I manually authorize it.

The system check has all green checks and account sync has been enabled in Moodle. Not sure what else could be wrong. Any ideas?

You don't mention what versions of Joomla, Joomdle and Moodle user are using.

Did you install and enable the authorisation plugin inside Moodle?

Chris,

Thanks for the fast response. Info is below:

Joomla 1.5.26 / Joomdle 0.81 / Moodle 1.9

I could have installed the plugin, but don't remember. I followed the steps exactly from the installation Wiki. How would I find out?

If you're talking about the joomdle folder that goes into moodle/auth, than yes it's in there and enabled.

Did you check the joomdle configuration to see if you have auto creation and auto deletion enabled?

do you have profile types integration enabled in joomdle configuration? If so, check that profiles are set to be created on moodle.

So I guess you are creating the users from front-end, selecting the right profile....
If that is the case, I don't know what the problem might be.
