Joomdle Web services error -404 : Unknown error

Hello everyone,
I am a newbie to Joomdle and i have just installed it on my website.
I am using Joomla 2.5 in the root directory and Moodle 2.3.1 in a sub-directory like www.somedomain.com/moodle

The problem is that i am getting the error in Joomdle system check as Joomdle web services - An unexpected error happened: 404: Unknown error

The screenshot of the error is attached.
I have followed the documentation provided for the installation.

Please help me out of this issue.

Sorry, but I never saw that error. I don't have any idea of where it is coming from....

May be i should try from the start on another domain or localhost to test it.

Error 404 typically means the url / webpage cannot be found. What is the URL address that is being linked too in your browser?

i m sorry jennifer, but i am not able to fix it.

i will again try to follow the steps as mentioned by morgana.

I have deleted the web service created in moodle and follow the steps again and now it's working.
So, in short please check the steps followed to prepare Moodle for Joomdle.
