One Joomla, multiple moodles 2.3.1+ connected with Joomdle

I have a Joomla 2.5.6 version, and 42 moodle installations, because we are an online university, and we need that many moodles, to run.
25 for diplomas in different subjects.
12 for technical careers
5 more for various degrees.

My specific question, is, that if Joomdle is able to handle that many moodle installations, or is it limited to just one moodle, with many courses inside?

At this point the Joomla to Moodle relationship is 1 to 1, so for every Moodle installation there is a similar single Joomla installation.
