XML-RPC 7021 error

I have getting "XML-RPC Error (7021): The transport method you are trying to use is not permitted." error. While i have added an IP address in moodle correctly and enable networking on as well in moodle. Plz help.

What version of Joomla, Joomdle and Moodle are you using?

I'm using Joomla 1.5.28, joomdle-0.81 and moodle-1.9.18.

Normally such messages are result of an incorrectly entered IP address. Depending on your host, your external IP address maybe different than the internal IP address.

Try following the suggestions in this thread too.

I'm getting error of adding ip addess in moodle while i have already entered ip address. But it's, still showing error of adding ip addess in moodle in system check.

Perhaps you are using the public IP address? Depending on your server set up / network configuration you may have a local IP address.

You can check your local ip address by:
- If you have cpanel, etc. you should be able to find your server's loca IP Address.
- asking your hosting company or
- adding 0.0.0.0/0 to your trusted hosting in moodle and then check the joomdle system health again and it will give you the ip address.
