Moodle template without administration menu

Hi,
sorry to post off topics ... but I had nowhere else to put it!

I saw the joomdle demo site, is very well done!

I really like the display of moodle without the administration menu.

Someone can give me some tips on how to modify the template moodle order to reach that outcome?
