从你目前提供的信息来看，你的url设置是正确的。
所以我也想不到哪儿有问题，除非你的进入系统后台查看具体的配置。

你可以用英文重新详细描述一下你的系统信息：软件版本、安装路径等。
看joomdle的管理员能不能帮到你。

如果你觉得有必要的话，也可以把joomla和moodle的超级用户密码pm给我。
那么我也可以试试看能不能解决。
