XML-RPC Error (0): Access control exception was created by Gagandeep
Sorry for starting new thread but i tried searching for solution for my problem but was not able to.
I installed moodle and tried integrating it into joomla using joomdle. Followed all the steps in moodle and joomla.
Got Error: XML-RPC Error (0): Access control exception
And i added token as well from moodle to Joomla component.
One option which i was not able find in Joomla Global Config is Enable Web Services option as i am using Joomla 2.5
Please guide me how to enable web services in Joomla 2.5

Hello Gagandeep,
The error showing in the image refers to an token error en moodle, not to a service missing on joomla.
You need to generate the correct token for your installation on moodle and copy paste it on the joomdle configuration.

As i mentioned above in original post. I have already generated a Auth Token and pasted it in Joomla component.
What i am trying to explain is that Enable Web Services option is not available in Joomla 2.5 Global Config. ?? Seems like code is in it's place but there is something else which is not working.......

Enabling web services is not needed in J2.5 (I will need to check docs again, as I know we lost some of the last modifications I made).
As Julio told you, it seems the token is not good.

I generated token twice to just check if there is something wrong with token... But seems like Token thing is right. it's something else. Moreover everytime Joomla was trying do any kind of authentication it was giving me access control exception. So i disabled it till the time System check doesn't pass.
Please help as i want to integrate it with joomla 2.5.....

If you have re-created the token and it still does not work, maybe the problem is with the user capabilities, web services role, or anything else, I don't know.
Usually, it indicates a problem with the token.

No, the joomdle connector user does not need to be in Joomla.
I don't know the solution, as I don't know what is step is not being done correctly.
I would start over with the pre-requisites, in case you forgot something.

The only thing i was not able to do is enabling web services from Joomla. As that option is not available. However I'll still try doing it once again.
