the Joomdle has menu type, wraper moodle, Moodle page that opens in an iframe, you could create another, for example moodle window, which open the Moodle page in a separate window?

You can configure this yourself.
Just select New window in Links settings in Joomdle configuration.
Then, if you just want a direct link, create a Joomla external link that points to Moodle siite, setting it to open in a new window.

You will be already be logged, as SSO is managed by a user plugin, executed on login.
You can test it by logging to Joomla, and manually opening a new window with Moodle site. You should be logged in.
