The subscription / membership is for 6 months or 12 months and provides access to all plugins and updates of those plugins. Joomdle and associated extensions are GPL therefore you can use on as many sites as you wish. That said, if you are gaining financially from Joomdle we always welcome donations, assistance, etc. to keep the project running given that the subscriptions do not cover the cost of creating and maintaining Joomdle nor the cost of answering all the forum questions at no cost.
