Hi.

First, let me apologyze if im posting on the wrong forum.

My issue is that im using the certificates module and its show all certificates granted once i obtain the required quiz puntuation.

The problem is in some cases, when i click the certificate of one course, it takes me to the activities screen and on other certificates it takes me directly to the certificates preview, how it is supposed to work.

I already compare all the configuration on both courses. is all the same. I unenroll and enroll on both courses, take the quiz again, generate the certificate but im having the same problem.

Do you have any tips you can share with me?? or advice??? or any other user who have the same problem???

im including 2 screenshot. both images comes when i click on the certificate name. the difference is one takes me to the course activity and the other take me to the certificate itself.

thanks

Hi.

Can you share the actual links so we can see the difference? (you can remove the domain part).

The second link is just pointing to the course, not the certificate.

I would need to take a look at it to try to understand what's happening. You can send me access info(both admin and a test user) to antonio at joomdle email.

For reference: the problem was that there was a certificate activity that was deleted, but the cron had not run, so it was not really deleted yet.
This made the certificate show in Joomdle, but Moodle not displaying it because the activity was marked for deletion.
