How to get RegularLabs plugins (like snippets) to parse Moodle content?

In our current LMS (JoomlaLMS), we use regularlabs snippets extensively to include some course text that is replicated in multiple locations across our web site.

In some cases, Joomdle parses these snippets (like a Joomla menu item that links to Joomdle to render a course description), but once I click on the course, it seems that the Moodle content (being in a wrapper, I guess) isn't parsed by Joomla plugins any more.

Is this a limitation of Joomdle, or is it that I haven't configured something to support this?

I am sorry, but I don't understand your setup. You say you are using JoomlaLMS, so I don't know why you would use Joomdle (as you are using JoomlaLMS and not Moodle)

Also I don't understand what you mean with Joomdle parsing the snippets, so please try to explain more.
