I understand that Joomdle's data mapping triggers when the user updates their profile. Is there a way to make a schedule to update automatically? When an admin change the profile field data it doesn't get mapped to Moodle.

Hi.
Data sync is done on user edit, so it should sync if you edit in backend too. If it doesn't, there must be a problem.
There is no way to schedule this, as there is no need for it.

[strike]We realised what's the problem now. We used CBJuice to update multiple users' profile fields, hence the changes did not get transferred over.
In March 2019 Community Builder has actually implemented their own Import User tool. Is there a way to make it that when we use the Import User tool to update users' profile fields, the data get mapped over to moodle as well?[/strike]
Edit: Scratch the above, the data does get mapped across if a user is created/edited using CBJuice. However we also used Community Builder's Auto Action to update some profile fields - this is the data that doesn't get mapped over to Moodle automatically.

If you edit the user in CB instead of CBJuice, does it map the fields that are ipdated with auto action to Moodle?

The Moodle field gets updated when you edit the user in CB and then save their profile.
However when auto action is triggered on its own, the Joomla profile field gets updated but the Moodle field doesn't.
