Sorry it is on same domain - mydomain/public_html (this is Joomla)/training (this is moodle) - the Moodle login page I refer to is showing in the wrapper instead of showing the User as logged in already to Moodle.

URL is set to www.mydomain.nz - and has always been. Just updated to J3.7.4 - are you happy there are no problems with this? It appears there are some issues with this out there on joomla forums.

J3.7.4 is working fine as far as I know.

Did you check raw reply file from Joomla? It could have a hint on what's going on.

Thanks I did check those files but I don't know what I am looking at - I have attached them if you could advise if they give you any idea of what is going on?

In this case problem is in second screenshot: a <head /> tag that should not be there.
This is usually caused by a system plugin, or the template.

Thanks for your help Antonio very much appreciated.

It ended up being an upgrade to apache on cPanel with my original host that caused an issue. I changed hosts and they migrated the problem over and then had to rebuild apache to get it working again. I have tried to get more detail from them on the issue but they are not forthcoming with detail so i guess they are not exactly sure what caused it. Nothing to do with Joomdle or Joomla update so thats a good thing!
