I have an older joomla/moodle install (2014) that I recently tried upgrading. It is not working correctly and I have forgotten anything I used to know since this was the only install of its type I ever did. I need someone to finish the upgrade and work out the bugs. I am willing to pay! Please let me know if you can help with this.
