[Solved] How to Upgrade Joomla components was created by David Laverick
Hi Guys,
I have just upgraded the Moodle part from 0.95 to 1.02 and that seems to work OK. I now need to upgrade the Joomla extentions. Do I need to remove all components, modules and plugins or can I just install over the existing ones? Is there a procedure that is recommended for this? I use the Jomsocial and Kunena integerations and have bought the subscription for these.
Thanks
Dave

Hi David.
You should be able to install over existing ones without any problems, and this is the prefered upgrade method.
You will then need to configure the new setting in Joomdle config: Joomla auth token, that is generated in Joomla and you need to enter in Joomdle in Moodle.
