I don't know if there is a way to Use Moodle database as master db?
If there is not, so it is a good idea to develope this featue in next releases :)

Hi there,

Currently we do not use Moodle as the "Master" because in our perspective because the users in Joomla is more likely to be bigger than the number of users in Moodle. For example, if you are a school, you will have many more visitors to your site than who are actually students. If you are a company, you will have many more employees than who actually take courses. Thus the Moodle users are a subset of the Joomla users.

Why do you think Moodle should be the "Master"

Joomdle 0.4: Added features for registering users through Moodle, as well as syncing profile info from Moodle to Joomla.
